Joy

BE POSITIVE
Joy a great feeling of happiness, happiness is a great feeling of fulfillment and joy brings fulfillment i.e. without joy no happiness. But it is important to note that joy is not all about being fulfilled because even those who have been hurt in the past and seek revenge usually say “the day I get my revenge, that day I will have joy”.
But joy is found in POSITIVE VALUES and not negative values because the end of every evil is regret and all sorts of troubles and calamities.
Joy can be derived in many ways, some of which have been of benefit to me and might be of help to you. They are;
·         Being honest
·         Knowing yourself
·         Knowing your excesses and shortcomings
·         Doing things that prevent your conscience from judging you (because when your conscience judges you, you get depressed).
·         Staying around people who support your positive values.
·         Making others smile.
·         Building your future and supporting other people’s future.
Remember, LOVE IS WHEN THE HAPPINESS OF OTHERS BECOMES YOUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. And always smile because IT TAKES A BRIGHT SMILE TO MAKE A DARK DAY BRIGHT.

THE BATTLE AND THE RACE

Life is a journey which consist of races and battles that is only won completely the day a person dies. The journey requires grace, stability, consistency, reliability,diligence, peace, love, patience, strength, kindness, discipline, etc. to keep up with the journey.  In this race the fast and unreliable will fail; the slow and consistent will be a runner up but the fast and reliable will supersede all because he don't cut corners, prepares for every new race and battles, and has the capacity to keep up with the race and win his battle diligently. Introduction

I choose to write this blog because i saw that something was missing all over the world,and that some fruit that nourish the soul, also makes us who we are and determine our lifestyle or way of life. I titled it fruit that nourish the spirit because they are the the abilities that makes us fell like a human.
